Location Highland region Midlands District, North of Alloa
Water Source: The Danny Burn Stainless steel mash tun

Matured in American oak bourbon casks with some casks seasoned in
sherry. Stored in traditional dunnage warehouses.
Nose:
Sweet and floral. Honeysuckle. Stewed pears in vanilla.
Palate:
Sweet and round. Mouthcoating. Roasted apples with cinnamon. Toffee.
Getting drier and spicier. A slight oak astringency.
Finish:
Medium long, spicy (ginger ) with a nutty aftertaste.
Comment:
A well balanced dram, on the oaky edge of things.

香氣:
甜美花香。 金銀花。 香草燉梨。
味覺:
甜美圓潤,口塗,烤蘋果配肉桂。奶糖。
越來越乾,越來越辣。輕微的橡木澀味。
收結:
中長,辛辣(生薑),帶有堅果的回味。

一種平衡的酒,在事物的橡木邊緣。
