Tomatin, a single malt whisky from the Highlands of Scotland, with
clean and clear water, high-quality malt, superb brewing technology
and geographical advantage as the highest distillery in Scotland,
it has achieved Tomatin's diversity and personality.

The whisky characteristics.
Nose:
Fairy Liquid and very resinous wood hit first, unusual notes to begin
with, but things start to settle down, with malty wholemeal bread,
Marischino cherries and vanilla pods. With water, it's into tangerine,
blackcurrant and floral handsoap.
Palate:
Quite hot at first, needs water to open up. Then it's into tangy
citrus notes, more blackcurrant and drying oak.
Finish:
Woody, with a little citrus orange.
Comment:
Quite a limited palate, but really pleasant enough.
