A selection of casks from the 1990 Distillation have been reserved and have
produced a distinctive and quite individual version of Aberlour.
The main difference being that the sherried influences have been reduced
to reveal the 'true' Aberlour Distillery character.

Tasting Notes…
Appreance – light gold
Taste ~ lightly smoky, typically Speyside. Delicately perfumed,
medium bodied.
Notes of vanilla, lemon, dark chocolate and a peppery spiciness.
Nose ~ Soft, pear-like fruitiness, 'barley sugars',
'pear drops' Subtle whiff of sherry tones. Buttery texture.
Finish ~ Smooth, clean and crisp, but not short on length.
A fresh malt which maintains the base 'distillery' flavours.
Maturation has contributed to the mellowness of the product and
has not been allowed to overpower the true character.

香氣:濃郁，酒體中等。香草、檸檬、黑巧克力和胡椒的味道。
香氣柔和的梨狀果味，“大麥糖”，“梨滴” 微妙的雪利酒味道。
黃油質地。
完成:光滑、乾淨、清脆，但長度不短。
一種新鮮的麥芽，保留了“釀酒廠”的基本風味。
成熟有助於產品的醇厚，並沒有被允許壓倒真實的性格。
