Antoine de salignac 在1802年 着手干邑生意,到1809年和他的兒子(Pierre-Antoine)
聯合(salignac&Fils).

公司在1870年成為第三大干邑商號.1924年它合併于亨利·羅伊(Henry Roy)公司,
而到1974年為 Hiram Walker. 其後成為聯合多梅克公司的部分和庫瓦西耶的子公司.

Salignac & Fils
Antoine de Salignac started his Spirit business in 1802, it is established Salignac & Fils
in 1809 with his son Pierre-Antoine.
It is known as the Third Cognac Brand in 1870. In 1924, it merged with Henry Roy.
In 1974, it named as Hiram Walker and finally is merged under group of Allied Domecq Spirits & Courvoisier.

古雅的譯名

要給洋酒起一個中文名字，有的會照拼音直接取用近似發音的中文字，
如 Hennessy 叫作軒尼詩及 Martell 喚作馬爹利等。

有的會取用其商標或招牌圖案，如 Remy Martine 的人頭馬
及 Couvorisier 的拿破崙等。

Salignac Cognac, 700 ml, ABV 40%

雪裡玉 – 多麼古雅的名字啊(請用普通話唸)。未嚐其酒，單看
名字，已令人有與美人雪夜把酒言詩之聯想。如果直接譯作
"沙伶邑" 的話，你說多麼無趣啊!

雪裡玉的名字在我小時候已聽過了，給我的印象是父執輩喝的酒。
這酒今時今日在市面的能見度非常低，年青一輩的飲家可能對她完全陌生。

我手上這瓶酒可算是 "老古董"，其破舊招紙及舊款的磨沙瓶，
給人老舊風霜的感覺。

氣味: 葡萄乾，果甜，焦糖
口味: 香料，葡萄乾，熟布霖，焦糖，橡木，酒體豐厚
餘蘊: 中等長度，主要延續香料，熟布霖及橡木的味道
結論: 氣味方面較為簡單，但入口後令人驚喜，酒體豐厚，味道
濃郁，雖然酒身不夠柔順，但整體來說真的很好喝。古雅的名字
，老舊的瓶身，小時候的印象，全部加起來之後，真的，感情
是可以和口腹之慾雙互結合的。

Palate: Spice, plum, caramel, oak, full body
Comment:
Noise is not complicated, give you surprise in
the mouth with full body structure. Though it
is not smooth, acceptable with Old traditional bottle
and elegant Brand name, it made you comfortable.
