The Winemaking:
Sourced from selected vineyards, the
grapes are picked during the cool
of night. They are then pressed and fermented in stainless steel
tanks, with minimal handling to maintain the fresh and lively
characters. After light fining and filtering it is bottled and
ready to go.

The Wine:
Zingy, crisp and lively sum up this wine. Lifted aromas of grapefruit,
passionfruit and lemon sherbet fill the nose. Classic bright fruit
flavours with a touch of grass combine to create an easy drinking
style with a persistent finish. Ideal serving temperatures between
7-10°C make this the perfect match for a warm sunshine filled day.

The Food:
Light and delicate flavours deserve fresh seafood and crisp
vegetables. Think freshly shucked oysters with chilli and lime
or salt and pepper squid topped with a zesty rocket and avocado
salad. Our favourite place to enjoy this is on the beach –
sand between the toes, salty air, seagulls and the sound of
waves crashing on the shore - all served with hot, crispy fish
and crunchy chips – no plates required!

海鷗和海浪拍打在岸上的聲音-均配以熱，脆的魚和脆脆的薯條–不需
要盤子！
